Notarial Certification of Translation

Services include apostilisation, translator's stamp and signature, and notary certification to confirm its correctness and legal validity

Why you may need notarial certification of translation

We offer notarial certification of translation for foreign documents so that they can be submitted to the Commercial Register, court, or other institutions. We also offer notarial certification of translation for documents issued in Latvian institutions that need to be submitted to foreign institutions. Services include apostilisation, translator’s stamp and signature, and notary certification to confirm its correctness and legal validity.

The client receives a notarial certification of translation, which is signed by our translator to confirm the correctness and by a sworn notary to confirm the identity of the translator. For certain types of documents, electronically-signed notarial certification is also possible.

Certify your copies

Certification to the copy: a copy of the original document is taken, to which a translation certified by a qualified translator in the relevant language is sewn; a copy with a translation shall be certified by a notary only when the original document is presented.
